Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, said on Twitter that GPT-4 is the "most powerful and best-aligned" model to date, although it "still has flaws."

He added that it is "more creative than previous models, significantly less mind-blowing and less biased".Microsoft-backed OpenAI to let users customize ChatGPT

What is ChatGPT and what's the differences between GPT-3 and GPT-4?

GPT stands for Generative Pretrained Transformer, a type of Large Language Model (LLM) neural network that can perform various natural language processing tasks, such as answering questions, summarizing text, and even generating lines of code.

What is gpt4 & how is it different from Microsoft's ChatGPT?
Large language models use a technique called deep learning to generate text that looks like it was created by a human.

ChatGPT is an AI chatbot application that uses GPT-3 and GPT-4 language models that humans can interact with. If ChatGPT were a car, the engine that powers it would be GPT-3 or GPT-4.

Originally released in 2020, GPT-3 was trained on an impressive 175 billion parameters, making it the largest neural network ever produced. Since then, GPT-3 has been further refined with the release of the GPT-3.5 series in 2022.

GPT-4 is the successor of GPT-3. According to OpenAI, released March 14, this latest version can handle up to 25,000 words, about eight times more than GPT-3, handle images, and handle much more nuanced instructions than GPT-3.5.

How can you access GPT-4?

For those new to ChatGPT, the best place to start is to visit chat.openai.com.

To use GPT-4, users must subscribe to ChatGPT Plus, a $20 monthly subscription to get premium access to the service. As of this writing, GPT-4 has a limit of 100 messages every four hours.

What new things can you do with GPT-4?

OpenAI says "GPT-4 shine at tasks that require advanced thinking, understanding complex instructions, and increased creativity."

Just hours after its release, users reported various creative uses of GPT-4, including:

Description of images and creation of recipes.

GPT-4's multimodal functionality allows users to upload images such as a photo of flour, butter, eggs, and milk, and GPT-4 recommends certain specialties that can be made from these ingredients. However, this feature does not seem to be available for GPT-4 subscribers to the public yet.
