No can do, it?s just cruel to ask me to name only one so I?m going to ignore that part entirely. First, don?t talk. Talking reduces your reaction time and distracts you. Second, create distance. This doesn?t mean run it means that you should not allow someone inside of your outstretched arm. No one is going to consider it starting a fight to just put your hand out and gently push against them. Third, hit first. A LOT of people have this misconception that it isn?t self defense or that it?s wrong to throw the first punch. Answer is that actually you can throw a punch against someone who you think is going to hit you, because by giving you that concern of being hit, that person is assaulting you . Fourth, eyes open.
