Blackpink's Lisa is gifted and successful, but she still stays modest—so modest she doesn't even know how amazing her quick choreography memorizing is. In a new interview with Billboard, Lisa opened on just how quickly she picks up routines.

Blackpink Dances

Blackpink's Lisa is an amazing dancer, everyone knows, and she clearly has natural ability supporting her all the way. Having said that, she most certainly worked hard to reach her present level. Actually, Lisa once told Penshoppe in an interview that her mother brought her four-year-old first dancing class.

Lisa belonged to a young dancing crew competing in contests and earning medals by late childhood. She then had to pick the ground up K-Pop choreography YG-style when she started working for YG Entertainment at the age of 13. Having said that, even if years of hard effort have helped Lisa become one of the most loved main dancers in the business, dancing comes remarkably naturally to her nowadays.

Lisa has no idea how remarkable her abilities are, yet she can really recall even difficult choreographies in record time. Lisa was surprised when Billboard mentioned how complex several Blackpink dance moves are: " Really?”

Lisa was pleased to share how things went down; Billboard wanted to know exactly what learning a star choreo like "How You Like That" is like. Time first for observation and learning. "I have to watch the [demo] video several times before I start the lesson," Lisa notes. Lisa claims that this section of the procedure lasts about one hour and that her main concentration is memorizing the images and the background of the movements.

After that, one should study the choreography under a real dance master. Lisa clarified that although she has some muscle memory, she must really concentrate on matching her body movement to the general idea and thread of the exercise.

Like Billboards reporter, you could be wondering if Lisa days or weeks would be required for the general procedure of observing the dance then learning it in a class. Lisa said, however, she learns in significantly less time than that: "Just like two or three hours."

Dance obviously comes effortlessly to a born star like Lisa, and she seems to be in accord. When asked what kind of outlet performance offers her, she said, "I feel like dancing doesn't require much thought from me". Lisa then said, "And that's just me," her body just moves on its own with no worry about what's coming next.
