Although the show has made money for Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki and Jim Parsons, it doesn't stop there. Metro reported in 2019 that the trio would make a fortune from reruns of the series. And the journalists did what everyone likes to do: calculate the actors' money.

It's no secret that the trio is extremely successful. While Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki are each worth more than $100 million, Jim Parson is worth even more: $160 million, and he was named the highest-earning male TV actor of 2017.
Of course, that's a far cry from Hollywood heavyweights like Tom Hanks or Tom Cruise, whose individual net worth is estimated at around $600 million. Incidentally, the latter became the highest-grossing actor of 2022. He earned around $100 million for his role in Top Gun: Maverick. But Hanks and Cruise are far from the wealthiest celebrities.

When you compare that to what Cuoco, Galecki, and Parsons made for a single episode of The Big Bang Theory's final season (roughly $1 million), their salaries seem pretty modest.
They didn't know what to do if they were supposed to somehow celebrate and have dinner or something. "It's been a blessing," Cuoco added, as a life-changing salary allowed him to "take care of a lot of things in my life and my family, and I will always be grateful to him."
